Since digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, stored, or reproduced immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on digital products once the purchase has been completed.
To make our digital content accessible to everyone, we intentionally keep our pricing affordable while maintaining high-quality standards. We strongly encourage customers to read the product description, requirements, and features carefully before completing their purchase.

Physical Products
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly help resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

Refunds Will Not Be Approved In The Following Cases
Refund requests may be declined if:

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by this Refund Policy.
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to the same payment method used to place the original order.
Refunds generally take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
If you do not receive your refund within this period, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team.
